Judge Accelerates Review in Trump Case: Fate of District Attorney Under Scrutiny

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee has granted a “certificate of immediate review” to Trump’s legal team, accelerating the hearing to determine if District Attorney Fani Willis should be dismissed from the ongoing RICO case.

Previously, McAfee found an appearance of conflict, prompting the removal of special prosecutor Nathan Wade. Trump’s team demanded Willis’ removal too.
