Trump Lawyer Alina Habba Denies Payment in Defamation Case Fallout

During a recent appearance on the “PBD Podcast,” Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, criticized the $83 million defamation ruling against former President Trump in the E. Jean Carroll case.

Habba confidently asserted that Carroll would not receive any payment, vowing to sue for attorney’s fees instead.

In subsequent interviews, she warned Carroll against extravagant purchases, accusing her of seeking publicity rather than justice.

Habba expressed certainty in a successful appeal, slamming what she perceived as biased rulings. Known for staunchly defending Trump, she also condemned efforts to exclude him from ballots, citing constitutional principles.
