6 Protesters Fight Back: Capitol Police Hit with Lawsuit

J6 political prisoners strike back, filing an 80-page class action lawsuit against US Capitol Police, led by conservative process server “MAGA Serves.”

Lead attorney Thomas A. Dibiase and his clients were surprised at their doorstep with the suit. The suit alleges police misconduct, brutality, and injury during the January 6 protest.

Edward Jacob Lang, among the plaintiffs, asserts millions in damages due to police actions.

The lawsuit, backed by J6Legal.org, targets 21 Capitol officers. In a separate case, Ashli Babbitt’s family sues the US government for $30 million, alleging wrongful death after she was shot by Capitol Police.
