Just before a deadly terror attack, the US Agency for International Development (USAID) allocated hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ dollars to a charity with ties to Hamas in Gaza, the Bayader Association for Environment and Development.

Since 2016, USAID has provided nearly a million dollars to Bayader, despite its overt support for Hamas.
