Former President Donald Trump criticized Judge Juan Merchan for granting his legal team insufficient time to review “hundreds of thousands” of documents ahead of his New York trial.

Trump, posting on Truth Social, accused Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg of hiding and withholding these documents.

While prosecutors claim to have provided over 10 million pages of materials last year, Trump’s lawyers requested an additional 90 days for review, a plea denied by Judge Merchan.

The trial, focusing on alleged hush-money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels and financial fraud, begins with jury selection on Monday. Despite Trump’s objections to the trial’s timing and media coverage, he must attend daily court sessions.
