Trump’s Lawyer Alina Habba Challenges E. Jean Carroll’s Defamation Case

Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, dismissed the recent $83 million defamation ruling against former President Trump during a “PBD Podcast” appearance with Patrick Bet-David.

Habba confidently stated that Carroll wouldn’t receive any of the $83 million and hinted at suing for legal fees.

She cautioned Carroll against lavish spending, referencing Carroll’s extravagant plans post-verdict, like buying a penthouse and a motorcycle. Habba continued her criticism on Newsmax, accusing Carroll of seeking publicity over genuine concerns about defamation. She expressed optimism about a successful appeal and advised Carroll against making big purchases.

Throughout Trump’s legal challenges, Habba has staunchly defended him, also condemning leftist efforts to exclude Trump from ballots. She praised the recent Supreme Court ruling that upheld the Constitution and criticized liberal news networks for their reactions.
