A 23-year-old woman found herself in an ethical dilemma during her planned trip to San Francisco.

Having meticulously secured her flights and received a first-class upgrade due to her loyalty points, she was approached an hour into the 13-hour flight by a flight attendant. They requested she switch her seat with a 10-year-old boy in economy, whose parents had also been upgraded.
