Bongino highlighted the agency’s failures, including the lack of modern drone surveillance and reliance on outdated equipment.

He condemned the agency for not evolving, despite a significant increase in its budget. Bongino also criticized the prioritization of agents’ duties, arguing they should focus more on protection than minor tasks.
