My Neighbor Reported Me to the HOA for a Garden Gnome – She Regretted It Soon

My granddaughter gifted me the cutest garden gnome, and I placed it proudly in my yard. But my rule-loving neighbor, Carol, wasn’t amused and reported me to the HOA for violating the neighborhood aesthetic.
