Rep. Jim Jordan Threatens Contempt of Congress for Fulton County DA’s Subpoena Refusal

Conservative firebrand Rep. Jim Jordan has threatened Fulton County DA Fani Willis with contempt of Congress for her refusal to fully comply with the House Judiciary Committee’s subpoena.

The subpoena, issued on Feb. 2, demanded records related to Willis’s use of federal funds.

Despite delivery by a US Marshal, Willis hasn’t fully complied, prompting Jordan’s letter. He criticized her attempts to smear a whistleblower and emphasized her deficient response.

Jordan warned of further action if she doesn’t comply by March 28, stressing that Georgia taxpayers deserve transparency. Jordan tweeted that contempt is a real possibility, underscoring the importance of accountability.
