Fani Willis Clashes with Rep. Jim Jordan Over Federal Grant Funds Investigation

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis responded to Rep. Jim Jordan’s investigation into her alleged misuse of federal grant funds, calling his probe “politically motivated.”

Willis rejected Jordan’s claims of her office’s non-compliance with document requests, insisting they are responding in “good faith.”

She criticized Jordan for setting “unreasonable deadlines,” diverting resources from prosecuting crime. Accusing him of political motives, Willis asserted her commitment to prosecuting crime in Fulton County and vowed to continue her investigations.

She promised to provide more documents in the coming weeks and emphasized her determination to bring the election interference case to trial despite threats against her and her staff.
